HI

Health informatics is the interdisciplinary field that it sits at the intersection of healthcare, computer science, and information technology, enabling efficient decision-making, communication, and management of health-related data. Embracing health informatics as a core pillar of the information revolution can transform the global healthcare landscape into a more efficient, equitable, and data-driven system.

Our college offers specialized programs in Health Information Technology (HIT), including a diploma program and a post-basic degree pathway. The diploma and post-basic degree programs focus on foundational knowledge in basic computer and information technology, health information management, data systems, and the application of technology in healthcare, electronic health records, data analytics, telehealth, and information governance.
