Human Resource Administration and Development Directorate

• Plan, direct, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the work of the director

• Plans, organizes, directs, monitors, supports, decides, monitors, reviews the performance of the Directorate, identifies gaps, and terminates the Directorate's activities;

• Prepares an annual plan based on the college strategic plan, monitors and evaluates its implementation;

• Ensure that the staff of the institution is evaluated periodically according to the evaluation system issued by the government, and carry out follow-up activities according to the results of the evaluation;

• Make decisions on human resource management and administration issues, or monitor the implementation of decisions made, in accordance with the delegation of authority given by the senior management of the institution;

• In accordance with the guidelines and regulations of the civil service, oversees the establishment and operation of various recruitment, promotion, transfer, disciplinary, complaint handling and other relevant committees;

• Provide newly hired employees with introductory training on government guidelines and regulations, on the establishment and expected results, on the specific functions and responsibilities of the headquarters,

• Reports to the Governing Body on the current performance of the Directorate;
