Ethic Liaison Unit

1. To carry out awareness raising activities for officers and employees of the institution on the rules and guidelines of the anti-corruption policies laws in order to enforce good conduct in the institution

2. It consults with higher authorities on ways to prevent corruption and malpractice

3. Study with the commission the procedures that are vulnerable to corruption and malpractice in the institution and make suggestions on how the gaps can be closed; and the implementation of the results of the study will be monitored

4. Report immediately to the commission when serious corruption has occurred or is suspected within the institution

5. It enables the managers and employees of the institution to register and declare their assets / Transmits the assets to the Commission by registering them /

6. Works in collaboration with nearby ethics monitoring structures/agencies

7. Prepares, approves and monitors the implementation of the code of conduct for managers and employees of the institution with the relevant departments

8. Employment growth in the institutional workforce, continuous training and higher education. When chance believes that there is a violation of the rules and regulations regarding the purchase of goods or services or any other condition, he will report to the superior of the institution with a suggestion for correction and monitor its implementation.

9. Receives suggestions of violations of ethics in the institution and investigates them and submits a decision on the action to be taken in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the institution to the relevant body. If the violation is a serious violation of ethics, it immediately informs the commission.

10. Monitor any employee in the institution to avoid any influence by exposing corruption and malpractice. If any retaliatory influence on employees is detected, report the matter to the Commission.

11. He shall recommend to the supervisor of the institution that the employee hold timely discussions on the ethical issues or problems of the institution and monitor its implementation.

12. Monitor the correct implementation of disciplinary and complaint decisions on issues reported to internal or external auditors for action or correction.

13. Working to the Commission's standards, leading officials in the fight against corruption and malpractice receive incentive rewards

14. Present the work plan and the budget plan of the activities to be carried out in the financial year to the institution and inform the Commission.
